Meet Alex
As of 2024, Alex has 20 years of experience in Recruitment. His last role before lumini was Chief Commercial Officer of a group of global recruitment companies. Alex and the leadership team grew the business from 0 employees to 720 in 2.5 years—something that was exciting, challenging, and enjoyable, but he wouldn’t rush to do it again!
Alex’s industry exposure spans Renewable Energy and CleanTech to Financial Services, HealthTech, RetailTech, and EdTech. Alex started his career in London, moved to Singapore in 2010, and then returned to London a few years later. Since then, Alex has been working mainly in the US market but also in Europe and Asia. Alex’s main focus is Project Development and the Project Management Office.
Meet Will
Will has 14 years of recruitment experience, of which 12 have been spent partnering with the renewable energy and cleantech industries to help scale businesses and projects and tackle some of our generation's biggest problems.
Will started his career in London before also moving to Singapore as one of the first hires for a global energy recruitment firm opening their first office in Asia. He helped grow that to circa 80 staff before leaving to set up his own agency. After bootstrapping that company through its first hires, eight years of organic growth, two kids and one pandemic, it was time to return home and take on another challenge, lumini. Wills focus is on placing senior corporate and structured finance roles.
